Acid Mothers Temple & the Melting Paraiso U.F.O. 01.07.1998 KFJC-FM

Acid Mothers Temple & Many Hard to Remember Name Variations is psychedelic band from Japan. They are influenced by psychedelic rock, hard rock and krautrock. Very laborious fellas - since 1997 they released over 70 records!
This is session they recorded in 1998 for KFJC-FM radio station. Noisy improvisations. Sometimes blunder but for most time interesting.

Don't Panic, We're From Poland!!! part 82 - 52UM

Robert Brylewski's latest project. Since 1978 he experimented with all forms of punk and reggae. This band is like culmination of his efforts. Great amalgam of postpunk with reggae/dub. In my opinion it's best album of 2008. You should check it.
Album was self released by band as limited digipack with additional CD with remixes and DVD with video clips. Now album is avaible as free download on band's site.

The Breeders 21.03.2004 Silver Lake

Kim and Kelley Deal were born 10 july - happy birthday! Twin sisters formed folk rock group The Breeders in late seventies. In 1986 Kim joined Pixies as bassist (although she never played bass before). Pixes became famous. And later split up. And later reformed.
In 1988 Kim Deal adopted name The Breeders to new project she formed with Tanya Donelly (Throwing Muses). Rest is history: debut album produced by Steve Albini, tours, hits, hiatus, rehab, reunion - generic rock stuff.
This gig is from 2004 tour - very pleasant stuff. That night The Breeders played also some The Amps (another Kim Deal's band) stuff and one Pixies song: "Gigantic". Joey Santiago performed as guest in that song.

Don't Panic, We're From Poland!!! part 80 - Jerzy Milian

Jerzy Milian (born 10.04.1935) - famous Polish vibraphonist. Played with Krzysztof Komeda, Jan Ptaszyn Wróblewski and with his own bands.
His latest album "Milianalia" was recorded in 2003 for Polish independent label OBUH. It was released 10.04.2005 on limited vinyl and in 2006 on CD by Polskie Nagrania. Music on this record is very spatial, ambient-like with eastern flavour. Besides vibraphon, Milian used also marimba and harmonium.
