Bauhaus was founded by W.Gropius in Weimar, but it was a *school*.
In this case, Bauhaus is (or rather were) an English rock band formed in Northampton in 1978. The group consisted of Peter Murphy (vocals), Daniel Ash (guitar), Kevin Haskins (drums) and David J (bass).
