John Cale 05.03.2010 London

1. John Cale is a genius
2. So long absence of his music on this blog (more than 2 years) is criminal.
3. Today is his 68 birthday.
4. On 05 march he performed whole album "Paris 1919" with his live band and 19 piece orchestra.

I was lucky enough to be at this concert and it was a great gig.
Aside from a fine orchestar the band were cracking.
I've seen many "albums in full" gigs and this was in the top three, along with Brian Wilson doing Pet Sounds at same venue and Reenage Fanclub doing Bandwagonesque at The Forum.

Chuffed to find it here.

Thanks

GREAT BLOG :)
